By signing up with KarmaThemes as well as downloading and using files, you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

All PHP and JS files are licensed under GNU General Public License GPL-2 or other open source license that is GPL-compatible. All other parts of the theme including, but not limited to the CSS code, images, and design are given to members for personal use only.

Members may use the files for an unlimited number of own website projects. They may also use the files in contract-based, individual services (f. ex. web design services), but may not redistribute the files detached from these personal services. The used files have to be part of a customers’ complete website on its own domain.

Members may not claim any rights or ownership of our files, even if they are modified, may not use our files in blog networks or bundled to hosting, CMS or other products or services and may not share their account or file access data with others. Members are not allowed to resell or redistribute downloaded files in any kind and may not make them accessible to others or bundle them with any services or products.

We may terminate a membership without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, a violation against these terms of service or propagation of illegal or offensive content on our website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR OUR FILES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE PROVIDE ALL FILES “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE DOWNLOADED FILES IS WITH YOU.
